Award Ceremony

The CII National HR Excellence Award Ceremony is a full-day event, held from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, dedicated to celebrating and recognizing outstanding contributions in the field of Human Resources. During the ceremony, the companies are recognized and honoured with certificates and mementos as per the recognition received. Following that, assessors and senior assessors are also felicitated with tokens of appreciation for their valuable efforts.

The day features a series of insightful panel discussions led by eminent speakers, centered around key themes such as fostering excellence through Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI); strategic talent acquisition and management; and aligning human capital strategies with broader organizational goals. These sessions aim to uncover innovative approaches and best practices that drive sustainable growth and inclusive leadership. Attendees will gain valuable perspectives on building resilient, future-ready workforces and enhancing organizational performance through strategic HR interventions.

The event concludes with a special segment honouring the participating organizations of that particular year’s edition, who are awarded certificates and mementos in recognition of their commitment to HR excellence.
