The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) is organizing its 10th CII National HR Excellence Award Confluence on 25th February 2020, at The Taj Lands End; Mumbai, where the achievers under different categories will be acknowledged.
The Confluence will include an insightful conference to showcase perspective sharing and knowledge assimilation of best practices from the “CII National HR Excellence Award Achievers and Assessors” who are senior HR leaders of different organizations and have been an integral part of the CII HR Excellence Award process.
The changing business scenario along with a multi-generational and diverse workplace, the new war for talent, rapidly evolving technological innovations and the evolution of unconventional business models are transforming HR into a strategic business partner striving to create a framework of HR Excellence, contributing to overall organizational excellence and business profitability. The key objective of this conference is to strengthen the HR capability of organizations to build, create and sustain a culture of HR Excellence.
